Driftless Rainbow Trout starts with pure spring water from the Driftless Region of
Minnesota and Wisconsin. These fish are raised from egg to harvest outdoors in natural, spring-fed ponds with room to roam, exposure to sunlight, and a variety of wild bugs to forage. They are fed a premium non-GMO diet made with bycatch from the Canadian fisheries industry. This diet has a zero fish in/out ratio as its made with fish species that us humans discard. Processed locally in Plymouth, WI in a brand new state-of-the-art facility.
