Dad's Chili is a winner in our family! We have been eating this pork sausage and bean chili our entire life. Dad would always make a large batch and freeze it in tupperware containers for quick and easy meals during the cold winter months. So we got to thinking and decided we should make these for real. So we made a triple batch of Dad's Chili over at Driftless Trading Post and froze them in 12oz microwaveable bowls. They make for a super fast and delicious meal! 4 minutes in the microwave and they're ready!
Ingredients: Grandpa Don's Pork sausage, pinto beans, black kidney beans, white kidney beans, tomatoes, onions, chili peppers, paprika, garlic, chili powder, cumin, honey, salt, black pepper.
